How are VENT D’HIVER products produced?

VENT D’HIVER produces globally. Each piece is made to order through our international network, using eco-conscious methods, sustainable materials, and responsible packaging. This approach lets us minimize waste, reduce unnecessary stock, and keep every drop unique.

Do your materials come with recognized certifications?

We choose responsibly sourced fabrics including low-impact blends like Sorona® and organic options but we currently don’t operate under specific third-party cotton certifications. Instead, we prioritize eco-conscious production from material to dispatch, ensuring sustainable practices across the board.

Sorona® fabric, a partially plant-based material (about 37% from renewable crops like corn) that’s eco-friendlier in terms of energy and water use.

What materials and techniques are used?

We work with premium cottons and blends, produced on demand with low-impact methods, biodegradable inks, eco-friendly and recycled packaging.

What is your approach to ethical production?

We only work with partners who guarantee fair working conditions and respectful labor. Every person involved in producing our pieces worldwide is treated ethically and paid fairly. Ethics aren't just a policy, they are woven into every stitch of VENT D’HIVER.

Do you still produce in Canada?

We no longer produce exclusively in Canada. Sales are now open in selected countries and regions, including Europe, the United States, and Canada. Production operates globally, through international facilities your order is produced in the region where it is placed, including Canada, the United States, Europe, and Asia.

What is the Clothing World Tour?

Our main collection runs continuously. In each city or country we land in, we release an exclusive capsule available only locally and for a limited time, accompanied by curated events and experiences.

What is HEADSHOP?

HEADSHOP is our line of objects and accessories. It expands VENT D’HIVER beyond clothing, offering limited lifestyle pieces that reflect the same spirit as our collections.

Why are drops limited?

To preserve exclusivity and avoid overproduction. Each release is produced in small numbers only.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed.

We currently do not offer PayPal as a payment method.

Do my billing and shipping addresses need to match?

Yes. For security reasons, your billing and shipping addresses must match. This helps us protect against credit card fraud.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. They vary depending on:

Why does my cart clear after 10 minutes?

Each item is limited. To ensure fairness, reservations last 10 minutes before returning to stock.

Are all items shipped together?

Not always. To reduce waste and speed up delivery, items may ship separately. Products from the SHOP and HEADSHOP are fulfilled independently.

Is there a limit to how many items I can buy?

No. We no longer limit quantities per product or per cart. Availability depends only on stock at the moment of purchase.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes?

Orders shipped within the EU, USA, or Canada are subject to local duties and taxes depending on your country’s regulations.


Customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees applied by their country.


VENT D’HIVER is not responsible for these additional charges.

How long will my order take to arrive?

VENT D’HIVER does not produce large stock every piece is released in limited quantities to reduce environmental impact.

Please allow 3–10 business days for order processing. After that, delivery time depends on your location and the carrier/speed chosen at checkout:


Europe: usually 3–7 business days


USA & Canada: usually 5–10 business days

Because of our limited edition stock flow, items in the same order may ship separately. You will receive tracking information once each package ships.

How do I know my order was placed?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

During peak times, this may take a little longer check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

You can use this to follow your package with the carrier you selected.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Do you restock items?

VENT D’HIVER operates on limited edition drops.

Once an item is sold out, it usually won’t be restocked. Occasionally, small quantities may return.
